Hosting/security logs and third-party cookies must be documented after actual configuration. If Cal.com is enabled, its privacy terms apply to booking information. No optional advertising analytics is installed here by default.

Data is kept only as necessary to handle requests and meet legal duties. A concrete retention/deletion policy including Telegram must be established. GDPR rights and supervisory authority complaints may apply.

We do not use website enquiry content to train our own AI models. Project-specific AI data processing requires separate safeguards and agreements.
